Our first visit was about 11 am on a Sunday and the place was packed! Both of my daughters ordered pancakes and they were not impressive. The biscuits and gravy, however, were phenomimal! We will definitely return.

This is by FAR my favorite breakfast place in town. I always get the same thing... Eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes (woah these are simple and delicious.), and toast of course. It's almost always busy when we go but it's not a long wait generally. They have other food that also looks good I just like what I like lol. The waitresses have always been good to us. It's kind of where my boyfriend and I go for breakfast dates. You'll love it.

Our second visit to Angelina's and we haven't been disappointed! It's a small, laid back local joint. Breakfast is served all day and it's yummy! The blackberry pancake short stack was delish, chock full of plump blackberries. Husby had the southwestern omelet, fluffy and full of veggies. It comes with hash browns that are seasoned nicely with black pepper (if you like that sort of thing, and we do!) Last visit, he had the club sandwich which required that he unhinge his jaw to get around it! And I had the fried bologna and cheese sandwich. Enough said if you ever ate those sandwiches as a kid. Yum!!! If you're in the mood for a posh, upscale meal, move on. If you just want a good meal at a fair price from some nice people, give Angelina's a try!

Great breakfast. Had the southwest omelette lots of veggies and ham. Nicely toasted English Muffin. Son had the biscuits and gravy and it was tasty too. Wifey had the blackberry pancakes and they were very good also. First time visit and will definitely come back. I want to try the tuna on sourdough bread.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I moved into the neighborhood at the beginning of the year, and I was excited about a cute little diner that would be within walking distance of my new place. The thought of grabbing a morning paper and walking over for coffee and breakfast was delightful, until I had two bad interactions with the place. First of all, the food is average. Eggs, bacon, omelets, all that stuff is there. They have lunch offerings too. I went in for lunch one afternoon and ordered myself a burger and some cole slaw. I took one bite of the burger, it was fine, but I was really looking forward to the cole slaw. First bite didn't taste right, but I went in for the second and the third--until I bit down on something that hurt. It stung. Then I realized there was GLASS IN MY COLE SLAW! My mouth was bleeding. I spit out the cole slaw and the glass. My husband freaked out, called the waitress over. The staff said my meal was free and was very quick to throw a $10 gift certificate on the table in the hopes to smooth this thing over. The staff was seemingly apologetic and didn't know where the glass could come from--umm, perhaps a broken mayonnaise jar? Stupidly, I returned. I thought people need second chances. And then after receiving poor service once again--I guess in order to get the full treatment I need to slice my tongue open on their food. I get ready to pay at the counter, and I notice the cook is wearing a sleeveless shirt with his sweaty armpit hair hanging out and preparing the food. The sight alone will never, ever have me returning ever again, and I believe no one should have to go through that experience ever.
